Job Overview
The ideal candidate will manage infrastructure, data centers, and cloud services, diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operations in Suriname, Guyana and the Caribbean territories (travel will be required).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and support cloud services, backup and datacenter technologies.
- Monitor and perform ongoing maintenance on technology environments.
- Deploy and manage the efficiency and optimal performance of storage, backup and network data system, including cloud providers.
- Maintain operating systems.
- Manage design and change requests as well as incidents, and technology problems.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ Years of experience in Electronic, Datacenter Engineer or related career
- Experience in Cloud and Data Center deployment and administration
COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
- Microsoft AD/DC, Exchange, Windows Server/Linux, Azure, Google and/or, NetApp
- Hypervisor expert on VMware and Hyper-V
- SAN/and AS Technology
- Cloud and Datacenter
- Fluent in English
